The following procedures are included in our residential maintenance schedule, and are performed during EACH service visit:

• Vacuum pool and spa two times per week.
• Brush down walls and bottom of the pool two times a week.
• Clean filter pump baskets as necessary.
• Remove all leaves and foreign objects from pool and waterfall skimmer baskets.
• Skim leaves and other foreign objects from surface and bottom of the pool and spas.
• Scrub waterline tile with soap and brush to remove oils, dirt and residue at a minimum once per week. This prevents build-up of oils, dirt or residue from the pool and spas.
• Maintain water chemistry with a test kit to ensure compliance with health and water quality standards established by the Riverside County Health Department.
• Maintain chemical balance of the water on each visit
• Maintain proper water levels.
• Maintain and complete the chemical logs sheet each visit.
• Report any safety issues and/or any other equipment problem as: loose handrails, flowmeters, water leaks, etc. A separate estimate will be provided to address and repair any problem, and will be performed upon direction of client.
• Filter service four times a year (every three months)

• Liquid Chlorine (Sodium Hypochlorite)
• Liquid Acid (Muriatic Acid)
• Chlorine Tabs 3” (Trichloro-striazinetrone)
• Shock Treatment (Calcium Hypochlorite)
• D.E. (Diatomaceous Earth). If applicable
• Tile Cleaner (blue soap).
• Scale Off (red soap).
• Alkalinity Up (Sodium Bicarbonate)
• Soda Ash (Sodium Carbonate)
• Chlorine Neutralizer (Sodium Thiosulphate Crystals)
• Conditioner (Isocyanuric acid).
• Calcium Chloride (Raise Calcium)
• Phosphate Remover (Eliminate phosphate from fertilizer,
  rain water, soaps, decaying vegetation & other pollutants).
• Algae Control (Any type).
• Mineral Care (Water sanitation)
• Dissolve (sweat remover)
• Clarifier Makes filter work efficiently).
• Or any other type of chemical not listed.
