Waterfalls Serviced by Ocean Springs Tech

If you or your company own a waterfall, it's important to keep if running well and serviced properly. Ocean Springs Tech can service and maintain your fountain, keeping it beautiful, clean and sparkling.

Service personnel will be expected to complete the following procedures as part of Waterfall maintenance during EACH service visit, and provide our own equipment:

• Vacuum waterfall on each of the agreed upon number of service visits per week
• Brush down walls and bottom of the waterfall as necessary
• Clean filter pump baskets as necessary
• Remove all leaves and foreign objects from waterfall skimmer baskets
• Skim leaves and other foreign objects from surface and bottom of the waterfall
• Scrub waterline tile with soap and brush to remove oils, dirt and debris at a minimum of two times per week and/or whenever necessary to prevent build-up of oils, dirt or debris from the waterfall
• Maintain water chemistry with a test kit to ensure compliance with health and water quality standards established by the Riverside County Health Department
• Maintain waterfall’s chemical balance on every visit
• Maintain proper water levels
• Maintain and complete the chemical log sheet each visit
• Maintain mechanical room (if any) clean of debris and free of unsafe issues
• Report any safety issues and/or any other equipment problem as: flowmeters, water leaks, etc.  A separate estimate will be provided to fix any problem and will be done upon direction of client. (If applicable)
