Suggestions for Improvement. Below are the areas of your performance which need to improve to a Satisfactory level or better, and suggestions for improvement.
IF YOU IMPROVE YOUR PERFORMANCE TO A “SATISFACTORY” LEVEL OR BETTER BY THE END OF THE CRITICAL PERIOD, YOU WILL NEED TO MAINTAIN YOUR PERFORMANCE TO A “SATISFACTORY” LEVEL OR BETTER DURING A 12 MONTH EXTENDED PERIOD FOR WRITTEN OR FINAL WARNING [FOR NEW HIRES, THE CRITICAL PERIOD WOULD BE THE 1ST 90 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT, AND THROUGH THE 1ST 12 MONTHS OF EMPLOYMENT IF EMPLOYEE PASSES THE 90 DAY TRIAL PERIOD], IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO MAINTAIN YOUR PERFORMANCE AT A “SATISFACTORY” LEVEL OR BETTER DURING THE CRITICAL OR EXTENDED PERIOD, YOU WILL BE PLACED ON THE NEXT STEP OF CORRECTIVE ACTION, UP TO AND INCLUDING TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT.
