We have a tremendous opportunity for you and believe you will make an excellent addition to our team.



The details of our offer include:
COMPENSATION
Your position is a non-exempt position and as a non-exempt employee, you are subject to the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
per hour, and overtime will be calculated at one and a half times that rate as dictated by federal and state law. Annual performance evaluations are conducted on your anniversary date.
VACATION
Per company policy, this position is eligible for 5 days of vacation based on an accrual basis. You will become eligible to use up to five (5) days of vacation after you have completed 12 months of employment and meet all other eligibility requirements.
HOLIDAYS
Paid holidays after 90 days of employment, if eligible, include:

- New Year’s Day

- 4th of July

- Labor Day

- Thanksgiving Day

- Christmas Day
SICK PAY
We offer three days of sick pay after 90 days of employment provided eligibility requirements are met.
BENEFITS
You are eligible for Dental and Vision coverage and no cost to you for the monthly premium after 90 days of employment.

Your employment relationship with the company is governed by the “Employment At Will” doctrine. This employment at will relationship is not altered or affected by this memo, and this memo does not create any contract of employment for any period of time. The employment at will relationship cannot be modified by any statements or omissions of statements by any member of management or Company representative, manuals, guides, employment documents or Company materials provided in connection with your employment, whether made pre or post offer unless approved, in writing, by the President of the company, Inc. Please respond by signing and returning one complete copy of this offer letter within five business days.
